Softlink Sales Take New Direction
Hillary Noye Appointed Director of Business Development Asia Pacific at Softlink International
Hillary Noye has been appointed Director of Business Development Asia Pacific at Softlink to head a growing sales team and agent network across the region.
Based at the Brisbane head office, Noye brings over 20 years’ IT industry and management experience to his role at Softlink. He is responsible for sales strategy and a team of business development representatives for Softlink’s range of library and information management solutions and services.
Noye has held a range of national business development and strategic management roles throughout his career, most recently as Director of Security Services at IBM/ISS where he managed the Security and Privacy Services portfolio across Australia and New Zealand.
Noye also worked at Internet Security Systems (ISS) managing partner recruitment, education, national sales and operational support of the company’s Managed Services for a number of years.
Prior to joining ISS in 2004, Noye worked as a Major Business Development Manager for Hewlett-Packard where he was responsible for large Queensland-based accounts including Queensland Education. He also held State Management and Director positions at Ferntree Computer Corporation /GE Capital IT Solutions and Solution 6 (now MYOB).
Noye was once Executive Director of the Integrated Outsourcing Group (GE Capital) where he was responsible for a team of 50 staff and the negotiation of large outsourcing contracts, including two major projects for Queensland State Government. His experience makes him well equipped to strategically manage Softlink’s diverse sales and agent network across the Asia Pacific region.
With a Bachelor of Economics, Noye is also an experienced Certified Practicing Accountant with a Diploma of Financial Services.
