Softlink Europe announces 2010/11 Alice + Oliver workshop dates
Softlink understands that all of our users have different levels of skills when it comes to their capabilities of managing and maintaining their Alice and Oliver OPACs.
With that in mind, we have introduced some new and exciting workshops into our calendar which have been designed for both our new and experienced Alice and Oliver users to ensure that we cater for everyone’s needs.
All of our Alice and Oliver training workshops are aimed at:
- Ensuring our users are given a clear and helpful introduction to our services as appropriate to their needs.
- Ensuring our users are offered effective support and guidance in identifying how to use Alice and Oliver.
These training sessions are run by an experienced member of our Client Services Team and provides an opportunity for you to learn new skills and develop new interests. All of our training workshops include presentations and instructional materials, plus hands-on exercises.
Alice and Oliver training workshops are held at Softlink's training facilities here in Oxfordshire, with lunch and refreshments included in the cost of the course. Places for each course are limited to 6 attendees per day so it is vital that you book your place early to ensure you reserve the workshop of your choice on your desired day.
